•    Adult: 12 years and above; Child: Under 12 years , Infant under 1 year is free.

•    Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

•    Tickets cannot be exchanged, returned or refunded. Time missed, slot would be released.

•    Ticket holders must queue up for boarding at the designated location within the assigned reservation time slot.

•    The ticket is valid only for ticket type and date of issuance and within opening hours of canal operation.

•    Gondola Rides Health & Safety Rules and Regulations apply to every Gondola Rides passengers and ticket holders.
 

1.       Venetian Cotai Limited ("VCL") reserves the right of admission.

2.       This ticket is valid on the printed date only.

3.       Guests shall remain seated at all times while in the gondola and follow the instructions of the staff.

4.       Children under 14 years of age shall be accompanied by an adult at all times.

5.       Guests ride the gondola at their own risk.

6.       VCL, its affiliates and employees are fully and forever released and discharged from any and all claims, demands, damages, rights of action or causes of action, resulting from or arising out of the gondola rides.

7.       VCL reserves the right to vary, amend or revoke these terms and conditions without prior notice. In case of disputes VCL has the final decision.

8.       The English version of these terms and conditions shall prevail wherever there is a discrepancy between the English and the Chinese versions.
