•    Adult: Above 12 years old; Child: 1 to 12 years old; Infant under 1 year old is free of charge.

•    Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

•    Ticket holders must queue for boarding at the designated canal within the assigned reservation time slot. Ticket will be rendered invalid if the reservation time slot has expired. 

•    Gondola Rides Health & Safety Rules and Regulations apply to every Gondola Rides passengers and ticket holders.
